Summer Programs

Ninja Warrior Summer Fitness and Fun

Program runs daily during summer from 9am to 12:30.  Extended day also available during Week of Aug 6 and Aug 13 (excluding Aug 9) from 12:30 to 3:30pm.

Ongoing registration available for summer.  Select your choice of day.

AGES:  5 to 13


  • Each session includes safety overviews and safety instruction for new participants
  • All coaches are first aid and CPR trained
  • All coaches are background checked


  • Waivers must be electronically signed by parent/legal guardian for all participants
  • Clean and dry sneakers must be worn
  • Participants should bring a nut-free snack and water bottle
  • Extended Day Participants:   please pack a nut-free lunch and snack


* $45 per day plus $35 per day for extended day option


Each day will include numerous Ninja Warrior related activities, fitness games and open training times. Sample games include: Warped Wall knockout, Obstacle Add-on, Silent Ninja, Relay races, Zombie ninja, Floor is Lava.

During the sessions, Kid Ninjas and coaches may occasionally watch some Ninja Warrior videos in order to highlight particular techniques or reinforce trainings.

Week 2 (June 25-29): Favorite Super Hero

Week 3 (July 2-6): Favorite Sports Hero

Week 4 (July 9-13): Crazy courses

Week 5 (July 16-20): Grubby grip strength

Week 6 (July 23-27): Create your own course

Week 7 (July 30- Aug3): Favorite music

Week 8 (Aug 6-10): Swinging and styling

Week 9 (Aug 13-17): Coaches vs. Kids

Week 10 (Aug 20-24): Team Ninja Warrior
