For new ninjas... you might be wanting to test things out before you commit to a full session of classes. Our Drop-in gives you that opportunity to come in and practice on some obstacles! Grab a friend or two and swing by our Adult Drop-in on Thursday nights from 7:15-815pm. While the drop-in is not a "coached" class, we do have staff on hand to answer questions and provide guidance if needed. If it's your first visit we will also provide some initial safety instruction... for example, so you will know how to properly run up/slide down our warped walls.
The Drop-In is also a great opportunity for existing class members to get in extra training outside of regular class time. Plus, existing class members get a discount on the drop-in price. (Ask one of your coaches for the coupon code!)

Who likes Course Night? We do!!!
Course night is a really fun way to build endurance and put all your skills to the test. The format for Course Night changes each week - sometimes we follow a format you may recognize from RNL, NENA, NNL or other Ninja Leagues... other nights we make up our own fun!
Either way, you don't have to be a highly skilled and competitive Ninja to take part! You will be walked through the course ahead of running it, sometimes given opportunities to practice, we often provide *bonus point* opportunities allowing those that want to make riskier moves to do so while those who are newer to Ninja can still achieve big things!

Beginners and beyond welcome!! Come join a fun and supportive mix of first-timers and returners!!
In this co-ed class we have had participants in late teens to 50's and beyond!!! This adult class focuses on building ninja skills as we train on different obstacle stations.
Safety, fun and challenges are all priorities as adults take on a progressive series of obstacles in each class. Participants will develop skills related to balance, agility, grip strength, swinging, upper body strength and more!
We regularly introduce new obstacles as well as work on old favorites! No session is ever the same!!
We observe COVID guidelines. We are also limiting spaces in the class... so please grab a spot if interested!!

WOW (Women Only Workouts) is the perfect way gain some strength, focus on fitness and test the waters with some intro-to-ninja! This 60min class is taught in 2 parts! Half of the class is fitness focused and follows a variety of different group workout formats from tabata to HIIT and everything in between! We provide a mix of equipment to meet the needs of all abilities and the variation used creates more of a functional training approach as opposed to the traditional weight-based or cardio training workouts!
The second half of the class is spent learning some techniques and fundamental skills for entry-level Ninja! This could include anything from balance pipes and spools, to building up grip and upper body strength needed to get you ready to swing! We believe in a "Challenge by Choice" approach for this program meaning that the Ninja based learning moves at the pace set by each participant.
Not to mention, this is a very social and friendly class with a very relaxed atmosphere - we work hard, we set goals, we crush them...and we laugh, a lot!
